Where is the Hilton Niagara Falls Located?

The Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview is located just 1 block from the Falls, and is directly across the street from the new Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, situated on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.  Street address is 6361 Fallsview Boulevard, Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada L2G 3V9.

 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 4:00 PM (or anytime after) and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Do you offer a shuttle service to the Falls or Casino?

Shuttle service runs is available. Please visit the hotel information desk for more information.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

If you require to cancel a room, it must be done within 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival.

Do you have a pool and exercise facility?

Visit the Experience the Falls Adventure Pool at www.experiencethefalls.com.   Indoor 10,000 sq. ft. adventure pool area with a 3 storey waterslide, fitness centre, whirlpool, sauna and steam room.  Located on level 1 of the Hilton Niagara Falls.   All Hilton guests may use the pool and exercise area at no additional charge.

 

Do you have an On Site Fallsview Restaurant?

The Watermark Restaurant is located on levels 33 and 34 of the Hilton Niagara Falls.  This one-of-a-kind restaurant will inspire awe and your appetite.  Water theme design and decor, complete with 2 aquariums, 18 ft windows, vaulted ceilings, wave enterence and soothing sounds.

Do you offer cots or cribs?

Cots and cribs are available on a request basis.  Cots are a charge of $20.00 Canadian per evening and cribs are available complimentary.  Based according to availability.

 

What are the parking options?

We have three parking options:

• Rooftop self-parking at $14 per night (limited availability, stair access only)

• Indoor, on-site self-parking at $24 per night (limited availability)

• Valet service at $29 per night (in-and-out privileges)

All parking options are charged per vehicle.
