The charity event was named in memory of comedian, Rodney Pentland, who past away due to complications related to kidney disease. Rodney, who grew up in Niagara Falls, continued to entertain crowds despite his long battle with the disease and was best known for his outstanding impressions of Robert DeNiro and Bill Cosby.
