The successful applicant will be responsible for keeping all Hilton guests safe while using the pool facilities, enforcing safety rules and keeping control of the pool area. The successful applicant is required to have current NLS, bronze cross, and First Aid certifications
Laundry Manager
Scope of Work: To manage the laundering function for a multi operational Laundry process in the Hilton Hotel
Essential Skills: Effectively communicate ideas to staff. Maintain and organize filing and record keeping systems. Observe and analyze problems in laundry production and implement changes where necessary to improve efficiency of working conditions. Prepare reports of laundry operations, based on the interpretation of detailed records. Schedule laundry production to provide a continuous flow of work through all operations. Ability to assess and analyze production, costs, personnel and equipment performance records and prepare budget requests and other reports pertaining to continuing or proposed operations.
Minimum Requirements: Two years experience in laundry work involving the operation of commercial scale laundry equipment
Special Requirements: Certified Linen Technician Certificate for Association for Linen Management, The National Alliance of Linen Manager's for Fabric Care.
Brazilian Cooks and Meat Servers
Cook: Three full time positions available; 2 years experience in Brazilian Cuisine. (Churrascaria experience and knowledge of Portugese language is an asset).
Meat Server: Eight full time positions available; 1 year experience in Brazilian "Rodizio" mandatory (Churrascaria); Portuguese language is an asset.
